Availability & Booking Lead Time

For bookings within Europe, please inquire at least 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure smooth planning and travel arrangements.

For international bookings (outside of Europe), a lead time of at least 8 weeks is required,

due to visa requirements, flight planning, and travel logistics.

Travel & accommodation - the choice is yours

To make your in-stillness concierge as smooth and pleasant as possible,

I offer you two clear options for organizing my arrival and stay:

Option 1: You organize everything for me
You take care of
Flight (from Rhodes, Greece, bookable from November 2025)
Accommodation (quiet retreat, e.g. guest room, studio or separate apartment)
Meals (healthy, light)
Transfer or rental car if necessary
I will arrive one day before the start of my services, so that I can welcome you in my full energy.

Option 2: I take care of the organization - you receive a flat rate
If you wish, I can take care of my travel and accommodation myself.
You will receive a transparent overall offer in advance:
Flat rate for flight & accommodation
Invoicing together with my fee
No effort for you
